Back Pain or Injury

Whether you have had an injury to your back, have degenerative arthritic changes, or have back pain or stiffness that just started for no apparent reason, physical therapy is a good choice.  The thoracic spine (mid back) and lumbar spine (low back) have multiple joints that often become mis-aligned or stuck. In addition, the pelvis and the hip joints contribute to how your low back functions, so a problem in either of these areas needs to be addressed in order for your back to properly function.  At Hands On Physical Therapy each one of these elements is evaluated and treated in order to best address your back problem.

What They say

I have serious scoliosis and had been suffering debilitating pain that was affecting my quality of life. Dan was able to alleviate all pain and return me to full functionality, which surpassed my expectations. I had been to four other PT facilities that failed to have this success. At ‘Hands On’ you are treated one on one for an entire hour instead of just coming in to do exercises. Their approach is truly unique and a contributing factor to their immense success.
